Spent most of the day sitting about on the grass at christchurch harbour dreaming of wind and topping up the tan. it kept tempting us into rigging with a few stronger gusts. Then it was like something out of a Stephen King novel a thick seamist rolled in and it got chilly and couldn't see anything was waiting to see what was in"the fog" anyway nothing of the parranormal happened. After the mist cleared a bit a sea breezed kicked in just in time to watch the water draining out of the habour a few people went out who could get away with 30cm fins and 7m sails but us larger persons who need 8.5 and 45 plus cm fins there just wasn't enough water.
It was nice and sunny by now so heading back to the campsite and out for a mountain bike ride in the newforest had a good couple of hours blazing the trails.
The signs in the newforest for cycles trails are really crap though how are you suposed to read credit card signs on bits of log when buzzing along at proper speeds

2 stars would of been better windsurfing but better than sittting around at home
